In his farewell address to the nation Tuesday night, President Barack Obama recounted his health care accomplishments, including extending insurance coverage to 20 million Americans and an uninsurance rate that “has never been lower.” He also said that he would support a replacement plan for the health law if it covers as many people for lower costs.
