Panel Recommends Making California An Abortion ‘Sanctuary’: If people can't access abortion services in their own states, California should help fund their travel here to get the services they need. LAUSD Employees Fired For Not Getting Vaxxed: Nearly 500 Los Angeles Unified school employees were fired Tuesday for refusing to comply with a district mandate that they get their covid-19 vaccine shots. The school board voted 7-0 in separate motions to terminate the workers. Employees were required to receive their second dose by Nov. 15. Read more from Southern California News Group.
