Health Van To Tour State

First 5 California, which administers proceeds of a state tax to fund children's health care and education programs, will sponsor the "Hands-on-Health" van tour across the state this summer, the Sacramento Bee reports.

The van will offer games, music, skits and hands-on techniques to teach children age five and younger, as well as their parents, about health issues, such as childhood obesity and oral health (Wiener, Sacramento Bee, 7/21).
