Access to Health Care for California Residents Debated
KPCC's "AirTalk" on Monday included a discussion of Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger's (R) health care agenda for 2007, including plans for reducing costs, expanding coverage and preventing disease.
The program also examined America's Health Insurance Plans' proposal to expand health insurance coverage and the possibility of California adapting a Massachusetts law that requires all uninsured residents to purchase health coverage.
