ACLU Sues Fresno Over Medical Marijuana Bans
On Tuesday, the American Civil Liberties Union of Northern California filed a lawsuit against the City and County of Fresno over medical marijuana cultivation bans. In the lawsuit, ACLU argues that the bans, which are in a 120-day grace period, are inconsistent with a 2004 state law that allows medical marijuana to be grown.
