The Bay Area’s roads are getting more dangerous — and not just for motorists crowding the region’s highways. ...The number of fatal car, motorcycle, bicycle and pedestrian collisions in the Bay Area jumped 43 percent from 2010 to 2016, according to newly released data from the Metropolitan Transportation Commission, the region’s transportation planning agency.
