Brown Signs Bill Banning Smokeless Tobacco at Major League Baseball Venues
Gov. Jerry Brown (D) has signed into law a bill (AB 768) that bans the use of smokeless tobacco at major league baseball stadiums in California. However, the new law does not include an enforcement provision.
