Calif. Rep. Says House Bill Would Cut Medicare Benefits
Rep. Elton Gallegly (R-Calif.) asserts that provisions of the House health care reform bill that would cut payments to Medicare Advantage plans would result in six million beneficiaries losing access to some services. Gallegly concludes that any legislation that does not expand Medicare Advantage "is the wrong prescription for reform."
