California Hospital Association President Warns Medi-Cal Budget Cuts Will Lead to ‘Health Care Dominoes’

Brown's administration reverse Medi-Cal budget cuts. Medi-Cal is California's Medicaid program. A Medi-Cal fee cut of up to 10% -- retroactive to 2011 -- is set to take effect by the end of the summer.
