CalPERS Reports 16.2% Return on Investments in 2013

On Monday, CalPERS reported a 16.2% return on investments in 2013, up from 13.3% in 2012. The rate is more than double the 7.5% minimum that the pension fund's board has said it needs to meet obligations to retirees.
