Children’s Health Coverage
SB 893 by Sen. Dave Cox (R-Roseville) would require that all tax revenue appropriated to the California Children and Families Commission be used to provide health care services to children. Such revenue currently funds multiple services, including smoking prevention programs (Bill Text, 2/23).
