Dignity Health officials say that the California Nurses Association has ratified a four-year contract that will affect 10,500 registered nurses at 27 facilities in California and 1,200 nurses at three St. Rose Dominican Hospital campuses in Nevada. Lloyd Dean -- CEO of the hospital system -- said that under the contract, registered nurses will receive a 9% pay increase over the four-year period, which includes a pay freeze during the first year.
