Few Health Plans Cover All Benefits Required by ACA
Just one out of every 50 health plans in the private insurance market currently meets the essential health benefit standards that will be required in 2014 under the Affordable Care Act, according to a new HealthPocket analysis. The analysis found that California had one of the highest rates of health plans that meet most of the required benefits, at 89%.
