Speakers called on Walters to oppose the legislation which would no longer require Americans to buy health insurance, offer tax credits in place of subsidies and roll back the Medicaid expansion. The insurance plan for low-income residents is called Medi-Cal in California.The repeal and replace legislation was released Monday by Rep.
