SB 1272 by Debra Bowen (D-Redondo Beach) was amended on April 18 to specify the role of the secretary of state in creating and administering an Advance Health Care Directive Web site using existing resources that would allow for online registration with the AHCD Registry and allow a health care provider to request information from the online registry.
