AB 1328 by Assembly member Mary Hayashi (D-Hayward) was amended to expand eligibility for the Access for Infants and Mothers Program by ending a requirement that applicants live in California for six months prior to enrolling in the program (Bill Text, 9/4). The measure is before the Senate (Bill Status, 9/4).
