Lewin To Leave CMA
California Medical Association CEO Jack Lewin on Monday announced that he is resigning his position, the Sacramento Bee reports. Beginning in November, Lewin will become CEO of the Washington, D.C.-based American College of Cardiology.
Lewin was CEO of CMA for 11 years.
CMA President Michael Sexton said the group's executive committee will conduct a nationwide search to replace Lewin (Griffith, Sacramento Bee, 6/20).
