LONG TERM CARE: Ohio Gov. Approves Online Facility Guide
Ohioans seeking information about care for their chronically ill or elderly family members have a new place to look: the Internet. Creating a "single source of good information," Gov. Robert Taft (R) yesterday signed a bill that creates an online guide to the state's long term care facilities and nursing homes. "Deciding about a family member's long term care is never easy," the governor said, adding, "This new ... guide will give Ohio families a tremendous advantage."
