Assembly member Bob Huff (R-Diamond Bar) introduced a measure (AB 1875) to amend a state law requiring residential care facilities to be built at least 300 feet apart, with the exception of certain local needs. The legislation would increase the limit to 1,000 feet (Bill Text, 2/4).
