AB 572 by Assembly member Patty Berg (D-Eureka) would overhaul state rules governing adult day health care services. The legislation would eliminate a requirement that the Departments of Public Health, Health Care Services and Aging collaborate to develop regulations for different levels of care at adult day health care services (Bill text, 8/18).
