Low-Cost Financing Approved for California Hospitals, Health Center
The California Health Facilities Financing Authority has approved $344 million in state financing for three hospital systems and a community health center, Modern Healthcare reports (Vesely, Modern Healthcare, 5/3).
The organizations will use the funds for construction projects and refinancing (Shaw, Sacramento Business Journal, 5/1).
The organizations are:
- Adventist Health System/West, Roseville ($187 million);
- Children's Hospital in Los Angeles ($98 million);
- Children's Hospital Central California in Madera ($58 million); and
- Shasta Community Health Center in Redding ($750,000) (Modern Healthcare, 5/3).
