Medi-Cal

Gilbert Cedillo (D) introduced SB 119, legislation that would seek to expand eligibility for the Medi-Cal Drug Treatment Program to cover residential drug and alcohol treatment services for Californians ages 12 to 20. The bill would require the Department of Health Services to seek CMS approval for federal funding for the new services (Bill Text, 1/22).
