More Than Half of Baby Boomers Likely To Develop Alzheimer’s Disease by 2050
More than 28 million baby boomers will develop Alzheimer's, and fighting the disease eventually will make up one-quarter of Medicare spending, according to a report released this week by the Alzheimer's Association. The report found that more than half of baby boomers are expected to be affected by the disease by 2050.
