New Patient Safety Effort Sets Sights on Public Hospitals
This week, the National Patient Safety Foundation, the National Association of Public Hospitals and Health Systems, and Kaiser Permanente kicked off a two-year effort aimed at boosting patient safety in 85 facilities nationwide. Six California hospitals are participating in the first phase of the project.
