New York Times Highlights Healthy San Francisco in Q&A
On Wednesday, the New York Times' "Prescriptions" featured a question and answer session with William Dow, a health economics professor at UC-Berkeley and former member of the Council of Economic Advisers under President George W. Bush, on Healthy San Francisco. Dow said that he has "made the argument" to enact a plan similar to Healthy San Francisco as an alternative to the public option being discussed in the current debate over health reform.
