N.H. Senate Leaders Reach Deal To Expand Medicaid
On Thursday, Senate Democratic and Republican leaders in New Hampshire announced that they had reached a tentative deal to extend health insurance coverage to about 50,000 adult residents under the Affordable Care Act's Medicaid expansion. Senate President Chuck Morse (R) said the agreement automatically will end when federal funding falls below 100%, unless the Legislature votes to extend it.
