Advocates for small businesses, the insurance industry and state Insurance Commissioner Steve Poizner (R) are among those lining up against a proposal by Gov. Schwarzenegger (R) to sell a portion of the State Compensation Insurance Fund for $1 billion to help address the state budget deficit.
