Presidential Advisers Call for Universal Health IT Language
A new report from the President's Council of Advisors on Science and Technology recommends that the federal government help facilitate the adoption of universal standards to allow health care stakeholders to better share electronic health data while maintaining privacy. The council calls on the government to develop a universal language for data exchange.
