Prop. 30 a ‘Better Choice’ for California, Editorial Argues

A Stockton Record editorial argues that while both tax hike measures -- Proposition 30, by Gov. Jerry Brown (D) and supporters of the "Millionaires Tax," and Proposition 38 by attorney Molly Munger -- on the November ballot are "promising," Prop. 30 "is clearly the better choice because of its shorter duration, greater flexibility and more limited effect on lower- and middle-class Californians."
