Report: HHS Is Top Violator of Federal Anti-Paperwork Law
In a recent analysis, the American Action Forum found that HHS violated the Paperwork Reduction Act 154 times in the past three years, with many of the violations stemming from the implementation of the Affordable Care Act. The violations added up to more than $13.6 million and more than 700,000 hours of regulatory burden.
