Report: State’s Biomedical Industry Lost Jobs in 2009
California's biomedical industry lost 6,000 jobs in 2009, according to a new report by the California Healthcare Institute and PricewaterhouseCoopers. However, 68% of the 200 biomedical CEOs surveyed for the report said they plan to expand their work force in California over the next two years.
