Reports Show Differences in McCain, Obama Health Plans
Sens. Barack Obama (D-Ill.) and John McCain (R-Ariz.) have proposed "dramatically different" plans for health care reform. McCain would rely on market forces to expand health care coverage to the uninsured, while Obama would expand public safety-net programs, subsidized coverage for the poor and make public insurance available to all residents.
