An editorial in today's Chronicle says Cal OSHA has "displayed aggressive and wise national leadership" in proposing new regulations that mandate the use of safety needles. But changing safety regulations should not be the only recourse, the Chronicle says, arguing that needle manufacturers should "agree to cut the price" of the safety needles.
