A long-awaited intensive care unit for children will open at Los Robles Hospital & Medical Center in Thousand Oaks on May 3, officials said. Three men charged with multiple felonies and misdemeanors in connection with the operation of an Ojai medical marijuana pleaded not guilty Monday. All three were arrested Thursday.
