Stanford Researcher To Share $500K Biomedical Prize

Karl Deisseroth of Stanford University is one of two medical researchers who will share the $500,000 Albany Medical Center Prize in Biomedicine and Biomedical Research for 2015. Deisseroth's research includes creating imaging technology that helps brain researchers examine various psychiatric diseases and other conditions, such as addiction and Parkinson's disease.
