Stanislaus County Gets Poor Marks in Health Care Report

Poverty and a lack of adequate medical care contribute to the high rates of infant mortality, obesity, diabetes and heart disease in Stanislaus County, according to an annual report by the Health Services Agency's Public Health Division.
