State Forgoes Giving Medi-Cal Patients Drug Dispensers
The California Department of Health Care Services has abandoned a pilot project that would have installed automatic medication dispensers in the homes of Medi-Cal beneficiaries following recent DHCS findings that the initiative would not generate its projected $140 million in annual savings.
