Study Finds Many U.S. Residents Have Stopped Using a Mobile Health App Due to Costs, Privacy Concerns
Few U.S. residents who download mobile health applications continue using them over time, according to a study published in the Journal of Medical Internet Research mHealth and uHealth. Forty-six percent of respondents said they have stopped using a health app because of costs, privacy concerns or waning interest.
