Three California Cities Vote To Ban or Regulate Sales of Electronic Cigarettes
On Tuesday, Richmond and Carlsbad city councils voted to ban electronic cigarettes from public places, such as parks and restaurants. Meanwhile, the Los Angeles City Council on Wednesday unanimously voted to prohibit the sale of electronic cigarettes to minors and require vendors to obtain a license before selling such products.
