U.S. Supreme Court Lets Stand California Law Banning Sexual Orientation Conversion Therapy
On Monday, the U.S. Supreme Court refused to consider a challenge against a California law (SB 1172) banning sexual orientation conversion treatment. Under the law, health care providers who offer such services would be subject to disciplinary action by the state licensing board for engaging in unprofessional conduct.
