WellPoint Changes Name to Anthem

WellPoint -- the second-largest insurer in the U.S. -- has changed the company's name to Anthem in an effort to adopt a more consumer-friendly name. The insurer already runs several insurance plans under the new name, including Anthem Blue Cross in California.
