WOMAN OF THE YEAR: Health Agency Head Wins State Honor
San Mateo Health Services Agency Director Margaret Taylor was honored Monday in Sacramento as one of the state Assembly's woman of the year. "Margaret Taylor has dedicated her life to the development and improvement of quality health care for San Mateo County," said Assemblyman Lou Papan (D- Millbrae), who nominated Taylor. "Her intimate knowledge of health care issues and her dedication to its reform is a great asset to the community," he added.
