California Launches Online Portal for Insurance Complaints

This week, the California Department of Managed Health Care launched a new website that allows consumers to submit grievance reports about health plans and affiliated providers. Officials said the portal was established in response to the expected influx of newly insured individuals under the Affordable Care Act.
