New Stanford University Research Center Aims To Use Mobile Health Data To Improve Treatment Plans
Stanford University has established a new research center to focus on leveraging measurable and meaningful data from mobile health devices to improve treatments for chronic conditions. The Stanford Center for Medical Mobile Technology is headed by Matthew Smuck and Christy Lane, co-founders of a Canadian-based company called Vivametrica that is developing an analytics platform for wearable devices.
