Tom Price is set to appear before the Senate Health Committee on Wednesday in his bid to become President-elect Donald Trump’s Health and Human Services secretary. Price, an orthopedic surgeon and fierce opponent of the Affordable Care Act, has garnered strong support from fellow congressional Republicans, who are moving ahead with efforts to repeal the healthcare law, commonly called Obamacare.
